You order
Pick your shape, apply any code, and pay in your own currency. Nothing is added afterwards.
We pack it
Planter, inner pot, base, wick and sensor, each held separately so nothing moves in transit.
It travels
How long depends on where you are, from 5 days to Singapore up to 18 to parts of Europe.
You plant it
Thread the wick, add two AA batteries, pot your plant and fill the reservoir. Ten minutes, no tools.
In the box
Everything except the batteries.
Two AA batteries power the alert only, never the watering, and they are the one thing we do not ship. Everything else arrives in the box.

Returns
Thirty days from delivery to change your mind, wherever you are in the world. The pot should come back to us unused and in its packaging.
- Bought the wrong size? Swap it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Email us first and we will set it up.
Warranty
One year on every pot, covering the planter, the base, the wick and the sensor. If a part fails in normal use, we replace it.
- Sensor not lighting? Try fresh batteries first.
- Damaged on arrival? Send a photo, we ship a new one.
- Legs and sensors stay available beyond the year.
